We recommend our customers should buy insurance for all purchased art-work. Premium of such an insurance is a certain percent (%) of the stated value along with transportation cost. The buyer has to ask for the insurance if we should take care of it.

 

FedEx delivery times:

USA: FedEx offers the unique service of being able to deliver before 10:30 on the next week day almost everywhere in the USA. If they receive the parcel before noon it will be quickly delivered to you within 24 hrs.

Europe: FedEx Express delivers to recipients in Scandinavia and western European countries within 24 hrs. But in most eastern European countries the delivery takes 48 or 72 hrs. In Europe as elsewhere we have high demands for top quality service.

Asia, Africa and Australia: Delivery by FedEx Express to recipients in Asia and Africa usually take 3 to 5 days.

S-America: We deliver FedEx Express deliveries to recipients in most South American countries within 2 to 3 days.

In addition you should realize that packaging and handling of the often delicate art-work is done by our expert staff and usually takes an extra day or two.
