Art Of The Soul
Nature in Iceland with the elements of fire wind earth and water and
the universe are the major teachers in Helga's life. So are
her 2, now adult daughters and a loving husband for 33 years, various
teachers in art of live in all realms and all her fellow travelers
on earth, man and animals and the nature in the countries that she
has visited. She holds formal education as a RN and has a degree in
nursing management, and is certified rebirthing facilitator. Among
artistic teacher are icon-expert Dr.Yuri Bobrov from Russia and
Detel Aurand from Germany.
Helga has been teaching her workshop “ Colours of Light” for 15
years were she leads participants through meditation in to the
healing with the colours of the rainbow reaching to the soul and
open up the flow of creativity so participants can enjoy in
painting after meditating.
In
her paintings she likes to open up to spirit in meditation and
praying merging with creation and the soul and lightbeings extended
from the universe and receiving the reflections of the essence(
core) of the man in various symbolic ways and dive in to the dept of
being.
The
paintings mirror the reality that is without the boundaries of the
Ego. So one can relate to the paintings as Art of the Soul
“A Symbolic Essesnsism.”
She
has shown her art in various exhibitions in Iceland and her art is in
many private homes, workplaces and public houses.
